Review of Santa Fe Cattle Company

Food was fantastic! I had steak and rib combo, baked potato and veggies. I was sceptical that the waiter knew about gluten,but was reassured that the was no gluten in the rub. The steak was very tender and tasty. The Ribs were fall off the bone delicious. I had no reaction to any of the food. I would recommend this restaurant. Comment to owner, a quick note on the menu would reassure us as to the fact that there is no gluten in the meat.
