Santa Fe Trail New Mexican Cuisine

Staff is knowledgeable about gluten and their enchiladas are GF. I’ve never had a reaction to anything there and we eat there frequently, but still make sure your server knows to be on the safe side.

No GF menu but manager is knowledgeable as to what is GF. Both red and green chile are GF along with corn tortillas. Only complaint is one fryer so the chips aren't GF.
