The staff was very knowledgeable of the gluten free option, they even substitute the bruschetta starter with a gluten free option!

I ordered the pasta vegana and they had spiral pasta that was gluten free on the menu and the chef and server were confident. They were very understanding

Of course, they delivered regular bread to eat with it and wheat pitas for the charcuterie so don't let down let down your guard. This town has no clue what gluten free means despite it being a hippie enclave.
