This place is 100% gluten free. The owner is awesome and the staff are friendly. I’m also dairy free and they happily accommodated me.

This place is NOT safe for celiacs and the owners do not understand how to make things safe based on comments they posted to their customers in January 2018. Celiacs should avoid at all cost

This was the best gf experience I've ever had. The people there were just outstanding, friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They have a ton of gf/df options & everything my fiancé and I had wasn't just good, but phenomenal. I have a small gf/df baking business and I've never found anyone who bakes as well as I do, but they surpassed it. E travel a lot and I always visit places with gf baked goods everywhere we go and I think this rates as the top. I am not Celiac, but they are very knowledgeable and they were saying it was a dedicated gf bakery.
No longer gluten free since the new owners took over.
They are NO LONGER A DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE CAFE. New owners ignorant of safe gf handling practices.

Amazing food!

Completely GF café, free wifi, some of the food is very good but the quality is very up and down. For example, their salmon chowder: I got a thin broth and the only salmon-coloured bits in it were carrots that were sliced so tiny they would make a mouse cry from hunger. I asked an employee whether I'd been served the wrong soup by accident, and she replied that this was the salmon chowder, and that she'd had lots of salmon in her serving for lunch...guess that's where it all went! (Another customer turned to me and said she had been wondering the same thing about her serving!)
On the other hand, their chicken wraps are really nice, although the size of the filling varies wildly on different days. The chili and GF cornbread are good also, but I find the quiche quite dry. Good coffees and teas. Their desserts (cookies etc) are good and they have a reasonable range of GF groceries for sale also.

Good food, small selection. Most food prepared in toaster. All GF!
Good food, friendly knowledgable staff, love that they also have gluten free supplies for sale! Love their quinoa salad.
