Hello everyone! We are a new pizzeria that has gluten free options that include pizza, pasta, salads and more

On safety—We use screens for the pizza that will be cleaned before use also the pizza oven will be rid of any flour. We also have gluten free pasta that will be prepared in its own water not with regular pasta
