Hokkaido Ramen Santouka

They used to have gluten free ramen. But they recently updated their menu saying “ask your server about gluten free”. When I went in January 2024 they had 3 different bowls with gluten free broth (shio, vegetarian and one other). Then when I asked about gluten free they offered to serve the broth in a bowl with the toppings on a plate on the side and a side bowl of rice for you to add in. It was still tasty and something I could order, but not a true ramen experience if that is what you are looking for.
