It was the best gluten-free pizza I had in Hannover! The owners knew everything about contamination, one had been a personal chef for a person also suffering from celiac disease. Even though there wasn’t any gluten-free desert option, she offered me a piece of glotenfree cake she sold at her delicacies store! Amazing 😊
