If you are craving a bit of sushi, this is the place to stop. They have a hibachi style side of the restaurant and a regular sushi bar side of the restaurant. The menu is clearly marked with a G for items that can be made GF. The white rice is subbed out for brown rice and they even have GF soy sauce available.

Staff are understanding and responsive. I have been eating here periodically for two years without getting sick.

Be sure to emphasize the need for total Gf experience. I always tell my wait staff that I am real gf not fad gf. They take extra care to inform about sauces and other things that may not be safe.

entire menu can be gluten free. excellent JAPANESE cusine. regular seating or have meal prepared on flaming grill while seated around it fantastic knife and spatula acrobatics. Kid. and family friendly. over all great dining experience.
