Amazing bakery that is dedicated gluten free. They also have vegan, keto, and paleo options available. Look them up on Facebook for menu items and rav reviews. They will even take orders and you can pick them up at the two farmers markets they go to on Saturdays. They also offer custom birthday cakes. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

SaraFay’s bakery is just a few minutes off the interstate and so worth it! Gluten free dedicated facility with keto, paleo & Vegan options and awareness of other allergens. So far we have had the gluten free coffee cake, keto and gluten free cheddar jalapeño biscuits, and keto gluten free everything bagel. All of them flavorful and with great texture! I can’t wait to douse my tastebuds in the chocolate zucchini bread, Italian baguette and keto cheesecake!

I was excited when I found them and have not been dissatisfied even once. Love them!!!

Absolutely my favorite GF place, ever. I have been going here for years and have yet to eat anything I didn't like. EVERYTHING is GF and delicious! Betty, her family and staff are always so pleasant and eager to help find you something you like. Bagels, cakes, pies, danishes, cheesecakes, cheddar rolls, breads, you name it, she probably has it or can make it. Everything is made from scratch.

We are from out of town, but stopped by on a whim to get a treat for our kids, both who are celiac, as is husband. The kids were THRILLED with how delicious the cookies were, they said they hadn't had cookies that delicious since they could eat "real" ones, my husband loved the brownie, and because it's a dedicated GF facility no one got sick. If you're in town, it's well worth the stop. Delicious and safe.
