SaraBella mixes their own gluten-free flour and there is absolutely no wheat flour in the establishment. I have purchased soup, cookies, and pie from Sarabella's, and my husband (the Celiac) has never had a reaction. Moreover, while other GF bakers struggle with getting the right texture for baked goods, Sarabella's seems to have perfected it. I only get my baked treats from Sarabella's, despite it being 3 hours away!

Everything is gluten free! Food, drinks, treats, there's literally no gluten (or nuts) on the premises. The southwest salad is my favourite meal and you have to try the Chilliwack Fog hot or iced!!

The staff is bubbly and knowledgeable. The food is AMAZING, and the location is bright and clean! Absolutely wonderful!!!!

I was very underwhelmed with their food. We had sandwiches and nachos. I expect the bread the be great when it’s a dedicated gf bakery but the bread wasn’t very good. It tasted like frozen rice flour bread you can buy in any grocery store.

Their salad dressing was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful to answer all my questions.

It was also quite expensive considering what I have been able to get at other gf restaurants.

Love love love, a place my daughter can look at the menu and have anything she wants, games for kids and coconut whip cream for me.
