Love this place so much!! Everything gluten free is made separately. They have a gluten free menu and the staff is knowledgeable. They use separate plates to indicate gluten free. The waffles are delicious!

Sara’s is amazing. They have a bunch of gf options and dedicated kitchen space to limit the chance of cross contamination. They even serve the gf choices on completely different plates than they use for the gluten containing items! We go at least 3 times a month. I am super sensitive and have NEVER gotten sick. Service is always amazing

The first thing I noticed on their GF menu were choices!!!! When I did my customary run through of questions regarding separate prep spaces and glove/utensil changes, the server explained to me that they have another server with Celiac's that has worked there for 8 years. That's why they have such good practices in place and such a great menu. Peace of mind and happy taste buds (and GI tract)!

First time I ate here I was very nauseous and bloated half way through the meal. I had eaten out the night before so I attributed the gluten symptoms to that. Ate here a second time, half way done my waffle and I’m already sick. They bring it out on a coloured plate to show gf which should mean it’s safe, but in my experience I would not recommend, even though the waffle is delicious. I’ve been unable to finish it either time. 🤢

They have waffles, wraps, pasta, salads, and fish options! I love the pasta and wraps! Wait staff is knowledgeable and I've never had a problem after eating here! Love the gluten free options!
