I did not have a bad experience here. The food is very good, although prices are high. I ordered the branzino and salad. I told the waiter that I have a reaction to gluten, and he said the meals I was ordering are gluten free. However, I got home, and started opening my meal, I noticed the rice they provided in a separate container that comes with my branzino was a rice pilaf and not plain rice. I called Saray and asked them if the rice is gluten free, and they said no. If I didn’t notice that the rice was rice pilaf and I ate it, I would have gotten sick. The person who took our order can afford to be more knowledgeable. Albeit, they were a pleasure to speak to and were extremely kind.
