Honestly the gluten free menu here is no help at all. The waitress wasn’t knowledgeable at all and told me most things were gluten free. I asked a few questions and should’ve just not ordered after that. The fries are “gluten free” but fried at the same time as chicken strips and other gluten containing foods. All meats are gluten free, except for the marinade they put them in and the rub on all of them. They had to bring out my food 4 different times and I ended up with the turkey plate with a side salad and coleslaw. I still got extremely sick, I honestly wouldn’t recommend Sassy’s even if you have a mild gluten intolerance.

All their meet has gluten filled rubs. So your only option is grilled chicken with no seasoning on a salad they won't remember to take the croutons off of.
