Review of Satchel's Pizza

Clearly Satchels is a "pizza joint" and the menu and staff are up front about the possibility of cross contamination. This was my first visit since my celiac diagnosis, and while I missed eating the pizza with the rest of my family, the staff took precautions (hand washing/clean gloves) to make sure my FABULOUS salad was not contaminated. I appreciated dealing with staff who understood my situation and who were well versed in proper protocol to reduce the possibility of contamination. I miss pizza but I will return because of the food I can have and the care the staff took. I did not get sick after eating there!
