Review of Satchel's Pizza

I recently went to Satchel's with my family. We saw the menu said the GF pizza wasn't fully GF ("trace gluten"). I was so sad, I spoke with the owner. (We didn't want to eat just salad for dinner, even though it was super delish.) He told me they had to put that on the menu because the kitchen definitely has wheat flour, and he'd hate for anyone be surprised. However, he told me they are VERY careful about the GF prep. His mother-in-law is celiac, and she eats there often, without any trouble. So I decided to take a chance. So glad I did! I can't handle even a tiny bit of gluten, and I was totally fine. I can't wait to eat there again. My advice is, be sure to notify your server about your needs, and they will take care of you. Yum!
