Review of Sauce

As with any Italian restaurant, gluten free is hard, but Sauce makes an effort with a gluten free pasta option. All but one of their homemade sauces (Alfredo sauce) are gluten free. Salads are fresh and delicious and all their dressings are gluten free. Additionally they use a gluten free flour at their pizza rolling station just to help minimize cross contamination potential.
