Review of SAUCED Barbeque & Brews

I had the brisket with the house barbecue sauce and barbecued beans. While there is no gluten-free menu, the woman taking my order knew the ingredients in every menu item. I was able to talk to her and feel confident that I could get sliced brisket that would be gluten-free.. You will need to let them know what kinds of precautions you need because they are not accustomed to gluten-free diners. And I would also not recommend going at a busy time of day because of this. That being said I had a wonderful meal.

I think it would be great if they learned about celiac and worked to create a gluten-free menu. I think they could accomplish this fairly easily and be a great option.
