Clearly marked GF menu with little “pigs” indicating. Salads, meats and select side. All sauces are GF except one, Carolina gold. Good food just wish there was more options. Be sure to call ahead and make sure that have GF options in stock.

Menus labeled clearly. all meats are GF except for the chicken wings. Sauces labeled clearly, all GF except one (Carolina Gold) Each time I’ve been here they’ve been out of meats and GF sides. Call ahead of time to make sure they have what you want!

The menu is labeled with GF options. It states all meat and sauces are GF. The food was great. I was disappointed when I found that one of the BBQ sauces on the table had wheat even though the menu said otherwise. I pointed it out to the waitress. Unfortunately, I had already eaten some of it.

I’ve eaten here many times and never gotten sick. Be sure to ask about the sauces (Georgia gold I believe have gluten in it). I always get the loaded sweet potato, but the menu is clear on what you can and can’t eat. Be sure to tell the kitchen it’s an allergy.

This place is good. My bf and I have been sharing the loaded sweet potato. I've been ok after

I got glutened here. Unless you want a salad I would not recommend Sauced for someone with celiac disease. Cocktails are okay but the gluten free items or at least the ones I got must have been cross contaminated.

The gluten free options were clearly labeled with the sauces “pig icon.” I was surprised none of their salads claimed to be gluten free and that none of their burgers were advertised as gluten free without the bun. I ordered the loaded baked sweet potato with pulled pork (and no cheese or sour cream), unfortunately there was a very overpowering taste of propane coming from both the potato and the pork. So even though this would be a very filling gluten free option, I would not recommend it. I would hope their other options are more tasty.

I’ve been here a bunch of times and had mixed results. Food is great and the servers seem to be knowledgeable about cross contamination, but I’ve had reactions from eating here several times. In spite of giving the servers clear instructions and confirming the dish was a gluten free allergy upon serving, I still end up with brain fog at least 50% of the time after. I’ve had to blacklist this place, unfortunately. I can’t recommend for sensitive celiacs.

I wrote to Sauced asking about the labelling issue. This is the response I got: We've had a lot of questions about this. Several months ago I contacted our co packer and manufacturer of our BBQ sauce to get an answer and I found out that we did switch to a malt free Worcestershire sauce back in June of last year for all of our in house BBQ sauces. It was an error on our part not removing the "malt vinegar" from that label. That is technically my jurisdiction since I designed and maintain the label files for print so I take full responsibility for that. I will remove it on the next run of labels. However, when I asked our co packer how we were able to previously label the product gluten free, I was given this answer: "The malt vinegar is an ingredient within the Worcestershire sauce that we use to make the BBQ sauces, NOT in the BBQ sauce itself but in the Worcestershire sauce used to make the BBQ sauce. The FDA allows food manufacturers to label the product “Gluten Free” when the ingredient is less than 20 ppm." So because our malt vinegar sub ingredient fell below the 20 parts per million, we were still able to label the product "gluten free." I understand that having food allergies makes navigating menus difficult and you have to put a lot of trust into those preparing and serving your food. I myself have a shrimp allergy so I am really sympathetic to your situation. I will make sure our next run of labels removes the malt vinegar from the ingredient list and I will make sure our managers are clear on this so they can educate our staff so that our staff, in turn, can answer questions accurately. We really do our best to make sure we communicate food ingredients and preparation techniques to our guests to avoid this very situation. Again, I hope you will accept our sincere apology for any miscommunication. Hopefully this alleviates people's concerns. It seems like the sauce has been changed, and the food labelled Gluten Free on the menu is safe. Can confirm my gf ate there and she was fine.

Very tasty and menue was clearly marked. I did not see the other review until afterwards about the malt vinegar, but I can say that I did not get sick.

Yummy BBQ! I have celiac and have eaten here numerous times. I love getting the ribs or burnt ends with a side salad and baked beans! Yum! The loaded sweet potato is delicious too. The menu has all gluten free items marked with a pig icon.

Even though they say in their menu and on the sauce bottles themselves that three of their four sauces are gluten free...NONE of them are. On the list of ingredients of the three advertised GF sauces is malt vinegar. Malt vinegar is most definitely not gluten free. Because of that oversight I am concerned about the reliability of all their other gf notations. The manager couldn't have been more sympathetic and was horrified at the mistake. She promised to notify corporate mgmt right away. I recommend caution.

Spoke to manager about reliability of gluten free process. All of the smoked meats are cooked in a smoker that never contacts wheat/gluten. Their golden BBQ sauce is not gluten free, but it never contacts the smoker. All other sauces are gluten free.
