Review of Sauced BBQ & Spirits

Spoke to manager about reliability of gluten free process. All of the smoked meats are cooked in a smoker that never contacts wheat/gluten. Their golden BBQ sauce is not gluten free, but it never contacts the smoker. All other sauces are gluten free.
