Revising a previous review: While the fries at Saus are gluten-free (technically), they are not safe for celiacs. The very kind and knowledgeable cashier explained their whole frying mechanism to me, explaining that while the fries are in a separate fryer, the oil from the fryer is drained into the same reservoir as the fryer that fries gluten-containing items. That oil is then reused and recycled, potentially contaminating the fryer with the fries. In short, the oil in the fryer is contaminated, so I would not eat here if you have celiac. The only safe gluten-free items are salads.
