The waiter went back and forth to confirm over 3 times. Everytime he put down a plate he assured me that it was gluten free. Speaking Spanish here would be very helpful, but it’s a great option in Tijuana where ‘gluten free’ isn’t very common. We had the potatoes, New York strip, short rib, and the carrots. All was amazing but the potatoes and New York strip took the cake. They did use almidón, but of corn so corn starch.
