Came here for lunch while recovering from a migraine. Husband ordered lunch for us and explained I was celiac. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my brisket sandwich on a gf bun was safe and subbed a salad as a side. It was so good and I feel great!

They DO NOT have a dedicated fryer. Very limited sides as most are fried.
**NO dedicated GF fryer** Only a couple side items GF & person at the front could not tell me if meat was GF. We left without ordering.

While they do offer gluten free buns and removing croutons from salads, there are no precautions taken and there is no dedicated fryer as some mentioned before me. Ordered gluten free bun and regular bread was brought out. When I asked about it, they admitted their mistake and promptly refunded my money but had I not noticed the error, could have ate the bread thinking it was gluten free. Definitely not celiac safe. Really nice staff though!
