I wanted to go and was prepared to eat a sandwich or burger without the bun. I told the waitress to skip the bread because I'm gluten free and she offered me a gluten free bun replacement with no up charge. She said they also have GF bread.I was so excited I didn't bother asking if the wings or fries were GF...but I assume no dedicated fryer. I ended up having a lobster roll...very delicious!
