No clue how this place has more than 1 star. Not a chance they can keep GF options (waffle) and other GF food safe from cross contamination. It’s just one waffle maker and tiny food prep area with one person doing it all on a busy Sunday morning. Watched the GF waffle go in right after the regular waffle & no cleaning in between. Sad. Food looked amazing but I couldn’t eat it :(
Great waffles!! I was trying to avoid sugar and tried the savory vegan Italian. The toppings were just ok, so may just do a plain waffle next. It sounds like they sometimes have pastry options but I haven’t caught them on a good day for that. The wait time is the only downside. I stopped in last week and they had a crowd, so the wait for a GF waffle was estimated 30 mins or more.
Aside from needing another waffle iron 😊, they seem truly passionate and want to provide good GF food. Online ordering system was down but may try calling in.
Loved this place! A family of 5-(2 adults and 3 kids). One 10yo with Celiac disease (asymptomatic) - gluten free waffles with Nutella, strawberries and banana-celiac friendly-made in a dedicated waffle iron. -turkey bacon -great food for non celiacs too (esp pistachio croissant) Good vibe and great service!

Ordered a GF sunrise sandwich over the phone and a honey lavender latte once I arrived. They said it'd take about 13 minutes to make as they're made individually. It was good! Will be back. They only have GF waffles, but said occasionally they have GF muffins or breads

So so soooo wonderful! And extremely yummy! They take precautions to make sure your food is safe! And it was so good! I got the sunrise waffle sandwich and I am already excited to get it again! The coffee shop itself had a wonderful atmosphere! I didn’t stay but as someone who works from home, I will definitely be going again! I also got the Vietnamese iced coffee!! AMAZING! 10/10 recommend going here!! It was about $19 with tip which I felt was a very reasonable price for a pretty large stuffed sandwich (they did not skimp!!) and an iced coffee that I could tell was high quality! I also gave a good tip. So good bang for your buck! Oh!! Last thing is they are completely pork and alcohol free for those of us that don’t eat pork 🙌🏾
I got the savory breakfast waffle sandwich. No other waffles are made on that machine, so no cross contamination. Delicious! Also loved my chai!
Loved the gluten free waffle sandwich. Was disappointed by another reviewing saying GF crepes were available, but according to the cafe they are not GF.
Wonderful breakfast spot! I had the gluten free vegan waffle (Patriot) and it was delicious! My kids loved the gluten free crepes! Highly recommend. It’s so hard to find a gf/vegan combo for breakfast. I’m thankful for indy spots like this that cater to allergies.
This restaurant was fantastic. I grabbed a Patriot waffle to go on my way to the DFW airport (a little risky based on the reviews) but it was so good and staff was great w celiac. Super sensitive to cross contamination and had no issues
Sad that a breakfast place didn't open until later. They could take advantage of the hotel not serving breakfast during covid by opening for breakfast.
Had a grilled cheese sandwich with Udis bread and tomato basil soup.Hadnt had that in a long time.I would go there again.
They no longer have gluten-free crepes, so no longer available for me. Jane R.
Delicious coffee and yummy oatmeal! Much of the Vietnamese food is GF.
