Hi again. Just wanted to add how great this restaurant is in accommodating and understanding cross contamination. They allow you to order almost anything off the menu and make it GF. I react extremely easily, even with mild contamination. I have not had one reaction from here. They even say they use a separate fryer. I am still very careful what I order, but it is nice to know they will do what is possible on their end. I do not live here in Nevada, fly in once in a while, always go here to eat. 2019 update! 🙂
