GO! GO! GO! Incredibly fresh, flavorful dishes and TONS of gluten free options. Very knowledgeable employees who make food/allergy safety a priority. From what a staff member told me, one of their chefs is gluten free herself, hence the shift in the restaurant to gluten free sauces for most of their dishes. They even created and bottled their own gf stir fry sauce which is available to purchase in the restaurant. Nearly all entrees, curries, rice dishes and salads are gluten free. Noodle dishes are easily made gluten free by substituting rice noodles. Pho is available with a chicken broth. Most appetizers (fried items) are NOT gluten free, nor are the duck dishes. But with so many amazing gf options, you won't be missing out. I've avoided most Asian restaurants since my celiac diagnosis a few years ago and missed Sawatdee Thai. I'm THRILLED to return and enjoy their incredible cuisine once again. Note: Sawatdee is a small, very casual family-run restaurant with maybe 8 tables. Lots of phone orders for takeout. What it lacks in ambiance, it makes up 100x in quality, freshness, hospitality and taste. SO GRATEFUL for this place!

Most of the food is gf. My wife is celiac and Sha had a lot of choices and the staff was very helpful. The food was very good.

We order from here almost once a week - my husband is celiac and has never had an issue! Great food and service! They can make most menu items GF!

Before leaving, I asked a server to help me mark up one of their paper take-out menu so that I could order takeout easily in the future. She happily crossed out everything that's not gf and identified what substitutions are available (example: rice noodles for egg noodles).
They have their own GF sauce and were very knowledgeable about their offerings and how to handle the food.
