This has always been my favorite Thai food in St. Mary's County, and since my diagnosis I've only gotten the curries because I know they're generally gluten free. BUT I finally asked the owner about the rest, and found out that he only uses gluten free soy and oyster sauces! So the whole menu is gluten free! He even showed me some of the ones he uses, and they're some of the brands I buy myself for cooking at home! So now I'm so excited! I can't speak to every single item in the menu because we didn't go through the whole menu one by one, but I feel very very optimistic about it! So basically I think it's de facto a gluten free establishment, but I didn't get that direct confirmation from him in words. And the menu isn't labelled at all, but again, he said he only uses gf soy sauces because so many people have the gluten allergies now. So to be safe you could double check before ordering; he definitely understands the general concept.
