I called ahead of time and asked about gluten free. They have a lot of options and a button when ordering online for gluten free and I noted that it was an allergy. They assured over the phone they can be careful. I got the vegetarian sweet and sour to-go. I did not get fully sick after but did feel somewhat unwell. I would recommend specifying to the waiter each time that is an allergy and double-checking each order to make sure it is GF, I saw that they had marked the ticket too.
