The Sawmill is under new ownership - they no longer have dedicated fryers - when I reached out to them they offered to make a salad or some kind of potato. Go to West Main Taproom in Parker instead. TONS OF GF BAR FOOD OPTIONS and safe for celiacs!

Dedicated friers, bar food, no GF burger buns. Definitely more of a bar vibe. Beat chicken wings we've had in ages due to the clean oil.

They have a dedicated fryer. And their lettuce wrap burgers are amazing! Just let them know and they’re more than happy to accommodate you.

I have ate here multiple times and always have amazing food. They are always willing to adjust items to make sure they are safe for me.
