They have gluten free options and they for the most part are knowledgeable. Though if they are very busy will devastatingly mess up the order. Twice I’ve experienced cross contamination suffering due to lack of communication. The last time I went the third and final visit. I was assured by owner/manager/head chef that he will see to it himself no cross contamination, I stuck with a salad, he even offered to cut up my GF bread and toast so I’ll have croutons. When I arrived none of my order was relayed to staff. He just left for the day never placing my order, so the staff tried to accommodate by making food but wouldn’t compensate further. Hopefully they hire more help to keep up soon, the food is delicious it’s just viscous to my digestive sensitivity.

They ensured me that my food was gluten free and it was not. I have coeliac’s and had a major flare up after eating here. Avoid.

Not a lot of choices but the food is decent

Fantastic sandwiches. I have been here a half dozen times and haven't gotten sick. Really yummy gf bread.

Poor experience. After asking a second time if my sandwich bread was GF (looked too good to be true) I was VERY sick.

They have a great gluten free meatloaf sandwich! Other sandwiches are available, as well as GF soups. The staff is very helpful.
