Well, I had a lot of issues on my visit and ended up getting sick. But they do try, and I called and talked to them afterwards and they might actually be more cautious in the future.
The wings marked GF are in a shared fryer. They offer GF noodles but boiled them in shared water, which is honestly pretty ignorant for how much emphasis was put on it being a severe allergy.
The pork and egg also contain gluten, which the server was unsure about at first
So all together, if you want to risk it….Ask for a Ramen with Chicken, GF noodles boiled separately, no egg, and no tare. And then pray
