Review of Scala's Bistro

The staff were very accommodating and tried to provide gluten free recommendations. The pasta is a corn rice blend so it may not work for all gluten allergy folks. I asked to substitute rice for the pasta and they were able to provide a risotto. They don't have a separate gluten free menu but they will try to work out options.
