If you haven’t, you should definitely check out Scarlet Knife in Latham! Amazing cocktails and lots of things on the menu are gluten free or gluten free available. I’ve had the oysters, charcuterie board, gluten free mushroom thyme gnocchi, the flourless chocolate lava cake, and the shakshuka all of it is to die for. Most of the things on the menu even if they aren’t listed as gluten free can be accommodated to be gluten free, and the staff are amazing at accommodating and ensuring things are gluten free.
