Schiano's Pizza

I just had the best pizza I've had in ages. Went to Schiano's Pizza Bayville and had a cauliflower pizza like none I've had before. The crust folded (!!!!!!) , had bubbles, and tasted as close to the real thing as could be. I asked about it and it's a new cauliflower crust and not the thin and flat round disc I'm used to :) it was so good (and normal sized) that I started to doubt it was gluten free... confirmed it was. A must try! 🍕 (im a sensitive celiac, no issues)
