Review of Schlotsky's

I just talked to an employee at this Schlotszky's. She said not only do they have a gluten free pizza crust, but it comes pre-packaged and they put it directly on parchment so that it never touches the pan. And they don't normally cut it, but if you do want it cut, they'll get a new knife. She was super sweet and well-trained in the ways of GF.
