Review of Schlotzsky's

Had gluten free original sandwich here. They assured me they use Udis gluten free buns. Which they did and it was delicious yet I believe There had to be some cross contamination because my evening didn’t end well. I have a pretty quick onset reaction to gluten and was uncomfortable all evening and night. I’ve gone over everything I ate And I prepared All my own food except Schlotzsky’s so this has me questioning their cross contamination protocols.
