Review of Schlotzsky's

Most, if not all, sandwiches and pizzas will be GF with their GF buns or GF pizza crust. They are also one of the few Schlotzsky's I know of that serve breakfast. They can also use the GF buns for that. I have never observed them preparing the food, or talked to them about what they do, so if that is a concern, you may want to call and check first.
