We ordered a gf pizza and noticed the staff who was making our pizza did not use a clean pan or change gloves, so we asked to talk to the manager and the manager was very cooperative and apologized. She even made another gf pizza on an entirely clean surface. Positive experience!!

When we asked about gluten free we were told that almost everything on the menu could be prepared gluten free using GF bread or GF pizza dough. I ordered a small classic. As I waited I was pleased to see an employee come to a special place on the line to prep my sandwich which was then bagged separately from my husbands. It was very good, I experienced no symptoms. Service was great. I would recommend this Schlotskys

Absolutely delighted with finding a Schlotzsky's with Udi's bread for my celiac kid in a remote location during our vacation. They prepped my daughters food (bread and vegetables) separately from the regular sandwiches. Not only was she able to eat, they had a TCBY here too with gluten free yogurt. Thank you Emberleigh and all the staff who went above and beyond to take care of our family!

My daughter often orders the Turkey Avocado with a GF bun here. She has never gotten sick and raves about how great the bun and sandwich tastes. Definetly one of our regular go-to's if we are out and about.

Gf buns, pizza and flatbreads

They served me regular garlic bread when I asked for gf. They also gave my bf a gf bun when he asked for regular. I get sick here every time. They don’t seem to care about customers. Always rude or a long wait or just mess up the order.

Very good GF bread. When receiving the sandwich, they always have the GF one wrapped in an extra layer of paper. This makes me feel safer with eating out here. Always fresh and yummy! Sometimes nervous with contamination though

Ordered a Turkey sandwich on gluten free bread for delivery. Delivery was timely. The sandwich was overflowing with meat and the bread was delicious. There is a warning when ordering that there may be cross contamination.
