Review of Schlotzsky's

I typically do not have the opportunity to eat a good meal while traveling through small towns due to my celiac. We stopped here on our way back from New Mexico today because my partner was hungry and I was frustrated from being so hungry with no gluten free food in sight. Upon using my app, I discovered that they offer gluten free buns. I had a sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in years. Their gf bun/bread was so soft and warm, and they took all the precautions due to my allergy. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Definitely recommend
