Review of Schlotzsky's

My daughter and I love Schlotzsky's. She's eaten there twice since they have Udi's gluten-free bread. The potato soup is gluten-free and the chips except the BBQ chips, are gluten-free.Make sure when you go in there you tell them you have celiac. We actually had an incident on our second trip, where someone forgot to change the gloves and we were cross contaminated!I called them, and they were extremely apologetic! I think they will do better in the future.
