Review of Schlotzsky's

I'm new to eating gluten free. The owners of Schlotsky's are very helpful. They have a clear allergen list of what's gluten free and what isn't. They often cater events for me and make items specifically for me and others with gluten issues. Those meals are separate from the rest and always clearly marked. They are equally helpful in store. Great people!
