Review of Schlotzsky's

This was my first time having to explain Celiac so I was very nervous. I just was diagnosed. The manager was so kind. He even said his sister had Celiac. He personally made my food. He changed his gloves, washed the knives really well, and he used a counter that had not been used. He even laid plastic down on the counter to prepare. I felt so much better.
