I decided to take a shot today despite the reviews and I'm glad I did! The sandwich was delicious and the GF bread was really yummy too. My order came out wrapped and I did not get sick after either. I'll come again!
Order was completely wrong. We got two of three sandwiches that we ordered. The one that was supposed to be on GF bread was NOT on GF bread. It was also missing two ingredients.
When ordering, asked the cashier to read back the order to make sure it was correct, especially the GF part. She said she couldn’t read it back. ??
No offer to prepare GF portion separately. The supposed GF order was not marked as such, etc.
I won’t be back.
Hubby eats here often. Staff changes gloves, separate work station and when taking to go they place his order in a separate bag. It's UDIs bread so not the good ol Schlotzskys bread, but it gives him taste that is similar to what he remembers.

All their great sandwiches on GF buns. I eat here often!
They use UDI gluten free buns and pizza crust and it is delicious! Kitchen staff changes gloves and is very careful.

I always have a great experience here. I have Celiac disease and they are always very careful about cross contamination. I have been eating here for years and never had an issue. I get the turkey original on small gluten free bun, chips, and drink. Always very good!!
I had a Original with the Baked BBQ Lay's chips. Had a GF bun fir my sandwich. It was good.

Use to be good but it took over 30 minutes to get our sandwiches today. I was told it was under new owners; big difference it the way it managed previously.
All the sandwiches can be made gf with a Udi’s bun. They prep it on paper instead of a plate. Never have gotten sick and it’s delicious.
Got super sick. I got a turkey avocado sandwich on GF bread. I noted on my order that I am celiac. I only ate half. I won’t be eating here again.
