pretty good. They team up with Udi's for gluten free buns and pizza dough. We had the original sandwich and it was ok. We are not big Udi bread fans, but if you are, you will probably enjoy this. They do have gluten free chips, but avoid those with seasoning. I suggest asking to be sure. We stuck with the baked.
