Although the bread options were somewhat limited, GF sweet potato bread can be used to make all the sandwich and pizza items. No GF pastries available, but they do offer a GF dessert section. I was impressed that the chef personally served the meal and explained that the delay (minimal) was due to extra effort to prepare my meal in a separate area to avoid the flour in the main kitchen. I hadn’t even requested this, so I got the impression this is standard practice for customers who request GF.
