Schnitzel was good, they use a dedicated gf fryer for the schnitzel and fries. All the gravies can be made gluten free.

Staff seemed to know what they were talking about with coeliac requests. The snitzles were great, and chips and sauce yummy too.

Their motto says “more than just schnitzels” but honestly if you’re coeliac don’t expect to eat anything but. Helpful for coeliacs for chips and schnitzels, but other menu items are rarely gluten free. Also, restaurant is packed to the point of being dangerous, and you can’t walk through the restaurant easily without asking multiple people to move (definitely not wheelchair accessible). Staff are inept, ignore customers waiting to order, and menu is deceptive with promotion availability periods (ie. not indicated on same page as promotion itself). Food comes out lukewarm and poorly prepared, which doesn’t give me much hope for their careful preparation of coeliac foods.

Had an amazing lunch, could barely tell the schnitzel was gluten free! They made separate fries and they made sure everything that came with my meal was gluten free, even the gravy dipping sauce

One of the waitresses explained that they have a separate fryer for gluten free schnitzels and fries. It’s not very well specified on the menu and some of the staff didn’t know the menu very well... luckily I had been tipped off by other coeliacs to know it was safe. It was so nice to eat schnitzel again. My boyfriend said the gluten free schnitzel was delicious! (He’s not GF, so this was a massive win!)
