GF schnitzels are done on a separate cutting board and pan, and they were happy to take extra care (I even heard the order go back to the kitchen to take additional care), but they advise that they may still have cross-contamination; up to the individual. Fries are done in a shared fryer, so are definitely cross-contaminated.
