Waiter told me immediately that it's not safe if you have a severe allergy as the kitchen is very small. Hence, would not recommend for celiacs, only gluten sensitive people.

The staff was very friendly and explained what was gluten free. I had the steak and fried potatoes. Other options as well. Cozy place.

Our meal here was amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable about what was safe on the menu. Generous portions and wine pours! My celiac son ate well and had no problems whatsoever afterwards.

Excellent food and fun atmosphere. I had a very authentic German meal. The staff was very knowledgeable about how to accommodate gluten free and very helpful. I did not have any reactions to eating here! Highly recommend when visiting Heidelberg!
