Scoop Shack

This is the sister business of Loveshack juicery right down the street. They serve Gifford’s (regular) ice cream and homemade VEGAN and GF soft serve ice cream. I had the maple blueberry soft serve and it was fantastic. Made from coconut milk (had no noticeable coconut flavor), blueberries, and a touch of maple syrup (not overly sweet). That’s it. The ice cream is more icy than creamy but the flavor was delicious.
