Review of Scoop

I asked could they get a clean scoop and scoop from a fresh tub. She told me that the scoopers are dipped in a bucket of water. I asked could one be washed, she said no. She said she could not open a fresh tub because they were " frozen" i left and went 2 miles to gelati celesti who happily washed a scooper and opened a clean, frozen tub! Free of cross contamination!
